Public bathroom stall doors opening to the inside.
It seems that all public bathroom stall doors open to the inside. When I'm at an airport and I have a big carry-on bag, it's incredibly awkward to get in the stall because the door practically hits the toilet and there's no room for me to get in.

The most obvious answer is that stall doors flying open to the outside would likely result in many unintended casualties.

It the stall is large enough, it's fine, but if it's small, it's impossible to get in there if you have anything with you.

I feel your pain! And the maneuvering always seems to make my leg brush against the toilet. Then I feel UNCLEAN.
