At a gym class: When a first-timer stands in the front.

The problem is that the off rhythm uncoordinated person is standing between you and the mirror and often between you and the instructor. You have no where to look but at them and it makes you lose your game.

Totally. At my gym there is this girl who I believe is still a teenager. She stands in the front, and although she is not a beginner, she flops around all off-beat and takes lots of breaks during class. She also FREAKS if someone gets there before her and takes "her" spot.

Never mind that the first-timer probably needs to see the instructor more than you do. Seriously, if after one or two visits you don't know the rhythm/routine well enough to keep up despite not having a completely unobstructed view, YOU are probably the one who doesn't belong.
