Men announcing that "we're pregnant".

No you are not! The two of you may be "having a baby", but only one of you is pregnant. Pregnancy is not a communal activity - stop it.

I totally agree. The phrase completely drives me insane. "We're pregnant". Really? You're BOTH going to grunt a baby human out of your vagina in 9 months? How exactly does that work?!

I don't see a problem with this at all. It is the father's kid as well right? He contributes a wonderful 50% to the child's DNA! And if he's a good father-to-be, then shouldn't he get some recognition? Us ladies don't come with little sperm dispensers you know!

I read a facebook post JUST TODAY from a pregnant woman that informed us that "We are dilated 3cm." We? Unless you are including your cervix in that statement, no. Just no.

Thanks to a recent torrent of spam, I’ve had to disable comments for a while. I’ve now removed the ability to put links in the comments. Email me if you want to put something in, such as five links to knock-off handbag sites, and I’ll happily oblige.

I’ve added two features to the sidebar: Highest Rating and Hotly Debated. They will be updated daily. To my surprise, the ketchup-in-fridge peeve seemed to really incite some anger — it’s clearly a complex situation that affects us all.

It should be noted that the star ratings indicate how much you agree with, or appreciate, the peeve, not how you feel when it happens.

I will be adding a Paragon Peeves section as well, for my and my friends’ personal favorites.
