Can I Ask You a Question?

That is the worst questions you can ever get especially from someone from the opposite sex. They don't just want to ask you a question, but want to ruin the friendship that you currently have by spelling out that they are interested in you and don't want to be just friends anymore. Just because I am one of the few girls that talks to you, doesn't mean that we are meant for each other.

I hate when they ask the question right in the middle of a meal and then you've gotta have an awkward talk until the check comes.

Only thing worse than this: "Can I axe you a question?" My instant reponse it, "You're too stupid to pronounce a word correctly, so why would I waste my time on anything you ask??"

Thanks to a recent torrent of spam, I’ve had to disable comments for a while. I’ve now removed the ability to put links in the comments. Email me if you want to put something in, such as five links to knock-off handbag sites, and I’ll happily oblige.

I’ve added two features to the sidebar: Highest Rating and Hotly Debated. They will be updated daily. To my surprise, the ketchup-in-fridge peeve seemed to really incite some anger — it’s clearly a complex situation that affects us all.

It should be noted that the star ratings indicate how much you agree with, or appreciate, the peeve, not how you feel when it happens.

I will be adding a Paragon Peeves section as well, for my and my friends’ personal favorites.
