People that cross the street way too slowly when I'm making a turn.

People need to walk with a purpose when they're crossing the street. Instead, I have to wait the entire duration of the green signal to turn onto another street simply because of the slow-ass walkers that, I swear, only walk slow to piss me off. Some even look directly at me as they slow down. Even worse when they cross in the middle of a street. Rule to remember: WALK with a PURPOSE.

I also believe in crossing expeditiously when on foot. I tend to high-tail it because when I was a kid, my older sister was killed by a car while she was crossing the street. It was an accident, but still, I tend to be over-cautious and won't jump out there until I'm sure it's clear.

I don't mind waiting for pedestrians to be done crossing when I'm driving (I'm protected from the elements and the other cars can see what I'm doing), what I do mind is nearly being plowed over by turning cars when I'm crossing the street (I'm going as fast as I can with the rain and wind in my face, and I still have to look out for cars because some drivers don't look where they're turning).

Yeah, I disagree. The driver is the one that is in the machine. After i've waited 7 long minutes for the walk sign drivers should atlest wait for me to cross. I walk very fast but drivers these days always think they have the right of way when turning. You don't. PEDS DO! We don't like being plowed over when we have waited to properly cross the street. Drivers can fucking wait, they are still going to get where ever they are going quicker than the person on foot.
