How all of a sudden everyone is a huge Ray Charles or Johnny Cash fan now that they're both dead and have had movies made about them.

These are the same people who's taste in music comes from movie soundtracks from romantic comedies.

People do it with authors too. "Oh he's been a favourite for years!". Sure he has. And they act sad over the death, like they knew them personally. The loss is sad, YOU are not sad. You didn't know them. Their death does not affect you. It's like they want pity or something, or attention. Pathetic.

I’ve added two features to the sidebar: Highest Rating and Hotly Debated. They will be updated daily. To my surprise, the ketchup-in-fridge peeve seemed to really incite some anger — it’s clearly a complex situation that affects us all.

It should be noted that the star ratings indicate how much you agree with, or appreciate, the peeve, not how you feel when it happens.

I will be adding a Paragon Peeves section as well, for my and my friends’ personal favorites.
